I am John Crook the principle of Greenshire Agile Advisory. After spending 22 years serving clients and delivering solutions with Accenture and IBM Global Business Services I decided to step away from the management responsibilities that come with big consulting and focus on high impact agile transformation engagement with clients. Eight years ago I was introduced to Agile through Scrum Master training with the Scrum Alliance. I began my initial dive into the agile experience as the leader of a maintenance team as their chief methodologist and scrum master. The past 7 years I have been focussed on building high performing agile teams and organizations delivering solutions using a variety of agile methods. I had progressed to leading coaching teams on large enterprise SAFe transformations. As a transformation coach I have engaged at all levels of the organization to deliver 1 on 1 coaching, workshops, and large group training.

I am currently SAFe SPC5 Co-trainer enabled to deliver Implementing SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe for Architects, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe for Teams and am preparing for the other 3.
