The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) topic will be an exploration of the 3 collaborations in the LPM Competency in SAFe. This provides a baseline for the discussion where we would all bring significantly different language and organization constructs.
We will begin with some topics that have been generated from the training course FAQs. Since LPM will have a set of artifacts that drive the future “Enterprise Intent” there will be multiple blogs that are cross listed with the Enterprise Architecture topics.
